WayFinder, decision-making tool for retail sector, launched

BANGALORE: Bangalore-based Tarang Software, a leading player in electronic payments solutions space, has announced the India launch of “WayFinder“, a decision-making tool targeted at retail enterprises, in association with its US-based partner Decisive Analytics.

“WayFinder is a decision making tool wherein the marketing/advertising/brand management team can design their own web-based survey to collect user responses for the launch of a new product/service”, Tarang said in a statement.

Wayfinder can import email lists from data sources outside the system. It then triggers email alerts to the respondents and present the survey questions to them, the statement added.
