CII – CSR Online Educational Series exclusively for NGO’s
The new companies bill 2013 opened up the avenue for the NGOs to take part actively in the CSR arena. It is necessary for the NGOs to unfold many components of the billl and also the expectations from the corporates, many of the statutory requirements also need to be fulfilled by the implementing partners. The reporting pattern needs to be understood. Hence it is necessary also for the NGOs to understand the requirements of the bill so as to effectively deliver the CSR projects.
