Microfinance Jobs – Chief Executive Officer – Intellecap

Established in 2002, the Intellecap group comprises of the parent entity (Intellectual Capital Advisory Services Private Limited) in India, and two subsidiaries- IntelleCash Microfinance Network Company (intellecash.com), based in Delhi, and Intellecap Inc., based in Palo Alto (California, US). Intellecap’s key shareholders are its founders, employees and Legatum Ventures, a global proprietary investment fund.

As part of its strategic growth plan, Intellecap is looking to expand and strengthen this leadership team to achieve global leadership position in provision of professional services to responsible enterprises. The company is looking for a Chief Executive Officer who seeks to lead a profitable, youthful, and innovative organization into this growth period, while ensuring that the company is positioned as the leading service provider and thought leader in its sector.

Designation: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Hyderabad, India

The position has the following requirements:

Educational background & work experience• 15-20+ years;
• Management degree from a globally recognized institution;
• Preferred area of expertise in consulting and/or investment banking;
• Experience in the social enterprise space highly desirable.
Qualification/Skills• Demonstrated track record in leading, mentoring, and motivating entrepreneurial young teams;
• Track record of creating strong, futuristic foundations of processes, systems and technology, resulting in rapid growth and global business leadership;
• Strategic understanding of fast evolving business spaces, and an ability to identify challenges in such business ecosystems;
• Strong interpersonal communication and networking skills.
Compensation• A competitive remuneration package of salary, bonus, and stock options will be offered to the right candidate. Performance will be benchmarked against agreed-upon milestones related to business building initiatives and company performance.
Responsibilities• To position Intellecap as the leader in the social enterprise advisory space;
• To effectively put in place processes and systems to enable an exponential growth curve for the company;
• To integrate and leverage Intellecap’s business verticals to make the company greater than the sum of its parts;
• To attract, retain, and mentor the best global talent;
• To manage relationships with all of the company’s stakeholders and its Board of Directors.
Reporting• The position would report to the Board of Directors.
