I am HARI BABU RAVURI secretary and correspondent of Mother’s Memorial Society of Charities, located at Balaji rao pet, Ongole, Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh,INDIA. Our NGO society is the most reputed one working for the rural development and the welfare of farmers and poor people since 1997.Now we are planning to implement a programme of “Dairy Farmers Training and Rural Development” to provide a free training, awareness and consultancy for dairy farmers and poor people to increase their productivity and income. In order to provide a practical knowledge to the people we develop a “Modern Dairy Farm” with advance dairy management practices in an extent of 100 acres along with 100 no of cows and 100 no of buffaloes and program related to dairy form like cow form, buffalo form, broader form, calf form, green fodder cultivation, feed manufacture unit, Gobar gas plant, vermicompost unit, decompost culture, bio pesticides, bulk milk cooler, small scale milk processing unit, animal clinic, parlor milking centre.
Through that view we proposed to conduct the short duration free training programme that includes topics like fodder management, nutritional management, housing management ,selection of animals, milk processing, project report preparation, CD that show information, practical’s of different activities in the program related to dairy form.
In the part of our programme we educate the village women, unemployed youth, agriculture labour ,dwakra group members and milk producers societies members to improve the maintenance procedure, advanced technology implementation precautionary measures pertaining to animals health, vaccination to increase in milk production and establishment of new dairy farms.
Our volunteers are organizing awareness programming camps in rural areas of all mandals in prakasam district about animal health education or animal health care, vaccination and insurance. Fodder cultivation and dairy farm management through audio and video erected in our vehicles. We also educate them about the seasonal diseases and the measures to take for the protection through posters, pamphlets and books.
By this programme we can generate additional income and employment overuse and thereby improving nutritional and socio-economic states of people in backward rural areas and also improving the income generation capabilities of the poor through enhancements of their skills in dairy form management and encouraging entrepreneurs among the youth for self employment through establishing their own dairy farm.

Projects the aim of the Student & Youth from all over the Gadchiroli District Maharashtra State extending from Desaiganj city, Gadchiroli city, Armori city, Chamorshi city, Kurkheda city, Dhanora city, & rural of participate in a 1 week programme in Gadchiroli youth development programme. We are working in the city & rural area block found poor women and unemployed youth are facing problems of daily bread & butter, we formed their business and tiring to train them like goat farming, mushroom cultivation, ranmeva, mohful, cows, Buffello, dairy programme, agrabatti & mombatti, making at the production centre, and provide them regualar employment at the production centre for the duration of one week. Afterwards they will be guided to start their own units. We have already selected women, youths & youth students & youth farmers from farm labours, Belo poverty line and landless people working very hard at other places. Which are of SC/ST/NT/OBC/ category
If we are granted enough fund we can extent these activities to large Number of these underdeveloped classes. Hence accept our proposal and kindly grant us Small Grants for finance and subsidies to our Dairy Farmers Training and Rural Development Program of NGO society Scheduled to be granted to the organizations, for Social and Economical development of people, farmer and student classes.

Concept of organic forming-
Organic farming system in India is not new and is being followed from ancient time. It is a method of farming system which primarily aimed at cultivating the land and raising crops in such a way, as to keep the soil alive and in good health by use of organic wastes (Crop animal and farm wastes, aquatic wastes) and other biological materials along with benefit microbes (bio-fertilizers) to release nutrients to crops for increased sustainable production in an eco friendly pollution free environment.
The benefits of organic farming -:
It helps in maintaining environment health by reducing the level of pollution.
It reduces human and animal health hazards by reducing the level of residue in the product.
It helps in keeping agricultural production at a higher level and makes it sustainable
It reduces the cost of agricultural production and also improves the soil health.
It improves the soil physical properties such as granulation, and good tilt, giving good aeration.
Easy root penetration and improves water-holding capacity.
Dairying is an important source of subsidiary income to small/marginal farmers and agricultural laborers. The manure from animals provides a good source of organic matter for improving soil fertility and crop yields. The goober gas from the dung is used as fuel for domestic purposes as also for running engines for drawing water from well. The surplus fodder and agricultural by-products are gainfully utilized for feeding the animals. Almost all draught power for farm operations and transportation is supplied by bullocks. Since agriculture is mostly seasonal, there is a possibility of finding employment throughout the year for many persons through dairy farming. Thus, dairy also provides employment throughout the year. The main beneficiaries of dairy programmers are small/marginal farmers and landless laborers. A farmer can earn a gross surplus of about Rs. 12,000 per year from a unit consisting of 2 milking buffaloes. The capital investment required for purchase of 2 buffaloes is Rs. 18,223/-. Even after paying a sum of Rs. 4294/- per annum towards repayment of the loan and interest the farmer can earn a net surplus of Rs. 6000 – 9000/- approximately per year. Even more profits can be earned depending upon the breed of animal, managerial skills and marketing potential.
