The functioning of Microfinance system will be successful if only SHGs are linked with industrial activities promoted by voluntary organisation. Industrial development in villages with the participation of SHGs can only yield success in the venture of Microfinance. Simply providing finance to meet their day to day requirements will make them from poor to more poorer.
Entrepreneurship should be inculcated in the working of SHGs.
