History of Rural Banking and Credit in India can be searched but how and when Micro Finance started in our country is not definitely traceable. Several Finance & Non-Finance Companies and Banks were coexisting and there is no surprise if we speak of Financial Inclusion, Intensive Agricultural banking/lending/financial services, etc., being government’s obligation for every citizens choice. Priority Sector lending is still on. Let us see what ramification would there be?
