Grameen Koota raises Rs 20 crore from Microvest in Non Convertible DebenturesGrameen Financial Services Pvt Ltd (Grameen Koota) which is a Bangalore headquartered micro finance institution has raised Rs 20 crore from MicroVest I, LP (MV I), a US-based private equity fund. This deal is Microvest’s debut investment in India.

This is the second investment in Grameen Koota in the last two months.The fund is raised as debt capital through an issuance of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
